Mallorie Hall, President

As President, Mallorie Hall leads HOA Repay with the responsibility for all client services and business operations that strengthen the organization and support the needs of our clients, homeowners, and employees. Having worked in the Homeowners Management industry for the past 10 years and federal funding prior to joining the HOA industry, Mallorie brings an emphasis for transparency and communication, education, processes, and adherence to her operational oversight of customer service and civil code requirements.

Mallorie is passionate about leveraging internal resources and best practices with operational support, education, and technology to create an environment conducive to client satisfaction, development, credibility, and sustainability. 

 Mallorie holds a Masters of Management and BS in Business Administration with a minor in IT. Mallorie holds designations for both a Certified Manager of Community Management (CMCA®) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS®). 


With more than 20 years of experience, the HOA Repay team is knowledgeable in all facets of the collection process. Our focus is on delivering superior customer service and ensuring that any member of our team is solution oriented and customer centric. We value our customers and the trust placed in us by being detail-oriented, overcommunicating and simplifying our processes.
